Position Purpose: The Regional Sales Manager?s objective is to represent our company in Brazil and maximize sales and goodwill for the company. Essential Functions ans Basic Duties: Prospect the assigned territory for sales opportunities. Achieve the assigned revenue and accountability quotas. Maintain account strategy plans for the top 10 clients in the territory. Work with pursuit teams on key clients as directed. Maintain prospecting strategies for non- ShopperTrak clients in the territory. Work closely with the assigned ShopperTrak team(s) to insure proper customer satisfaction. Produce proposals in the agreed upon format that reflect the clients scope of work for each sales opportunity. Produce proposal notes outlining the scope of work and the success criteria. Collaborate with finance to produce contracts in accordance with the scope of work and with company policy. Maintain proper reports as directed by the Director of LatAm. Maintain and produce expense reports as directed by company policy. Up-sell new products (using internal subject matter experts or other internal resources as necessary). Gather competitive intelligence. Support your assigned client managers with collection activities as needed. Other, as assigned. BS/BA preferred in a field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications. Required Knowledge: Have knowledge of selling techniques to include prospecting, presenting and closing. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required. Fluency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Strong command of English language required. Preference to candidates with strong B2B experience and contacts with shopper center and retail executives. Experience Required: Experience to executive level clients including owners CEO, COO, CFO and CSO?s. Customer centric personality, high drive and self starting experience required. Retail industry experience is extremely helpful. Skills/Abilities: Customer-focused, industrious, ambitious, organized, ability to work independently and organize workload efficiently. One must have excellent presentation skills. Be able to manage multiple projects. Be action and results oriented. Have excellent oral and written communication skill.
